Within the Hideez Enterprise solution, Hideez security keys eliminate the need for employees to remember or write down their passwords and ensures seamless authentication for a wide range of online services and applications. Hideez’s IAM solution allows seamless incorporation of NIST recommendations using strong passwords, enabling 2FA and avoiding security risks without expensive employee training. Moreover, the device can lock/unlock employee workstations by Bluetooth proximity and open RFID door locks in the offices, being a perfect fit for complex multi-user environments in any domain, including banking, finance, healthcare, education, IT, and other most vulnerable industries.
Enterprise admins can assign Hideez Keys to specific employees, manage their profiles, review workstation sessions, and manage access to any services and resources quickly and securely after deploying a centralized Hideez Enterprise Server. Enterprise version is available on our site with a free pilot, so business customers can test the service before committing to a paid implementation.
