Please be informed that it may take a bit longer than usual to deliver our orders due to the impact COVID-19. Please check the status of your order with online tracking tools and contact us if your delivery is delayed.
International Shipping Options (Hideez.com)
Our website offers free international shipping for orders over $100 and for all orders shipped within the within the United States and U.S. territories. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout process.
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (1-2 weeks within the US or 2-3 weeks to foreign countries). Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on details, such as weight, shipment origin, and destination country. You can generate a shipping price by adding the items you are considering for purchase to your shopping cart.
- Express Shipping (3-5 business days). We may use different postal services such as DHL Global Mail, UPS MI, UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, USPS, and local shipping companies to deliver your parcels.
After placing an order, two emails will be sent if a valid email address is provided. The first email confirms that your order was placed and provides an order confirmation number. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. We will provide you with a tracking number and a link to the website where you can track your package. You can also contact our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to track your order.
Shipping options and fees vary by country and are noted on the ordering page. In most cases we cover taxes including VAT, customs or import duties for your orders. Exceptions include Singapore, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Israel, Dominican Republic, Haiti, and countries of the CIS.
- Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing times can extend during the Holidays, sales, and special offers.
- All orders ship Monday through Friday.
- International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
- If you need to change your order details after your order has been placed, please write us at email@example.com with your order number. Please note, you can change your shipping address only before dispatch!
- Orders cancelled before shipment has left our warehouse will be refunded in full.
- Orders cancelled after shipment has left our warehouse will be refunded per the Return policy.
Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee that your order will ship on any specific date but will do our very best to keep the information as updated and accurate as possible. All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.
Before you decide to pre-order an item from our website, please note the following:
- Payments for pre-ordered items are charged immediately upon checkout, not when shipped.
- Estimated shipping dates are detailed in the product description. While we make every effort to meet the target dates, they are subject to change as delays might happen due to various reasons.
- You may cancel your pre-ordered item before the estimated shipment date found on the item description page.
- You may cancel your order for a full refund which will be processed to your original method of payment. To cancel your pre-order, please contact us at sales firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you order a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, your order will arrive in multiple shipments.
- Returns of pre-ordered items are accepted up to 14 days from the date your pre-ordered item has shipped. Please contact us to request a return label.
Returns & Refunds
Our website offers a 30-day return policy on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the receipt of the Hideez Product ordered on our website. You may email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your return authorization.
Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery to receive a pre-paid return shipping label and a full refund. In other cases, return shipping expenses are deducted from the order cost and we issue a partial refund upon the receipt of the products in our warehouse.
You must return the Product in the same condition as it was received and with all the packaging components, accessories, and instructions (even if the Product has been unpacked) at the earliest opportunity. We will refund your payment as soon as possible and within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the the Product returned back in its original packaging.
(!) We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the ship date.
