A serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in technology and product development, he previously co-founded PocketBook International, one of Europe’s leading e-reader manufacturers. His transition from consumer electronics to cybersecurity was driven by a personal data breach incident that inspired him to create simple and secure access tools for enterprises and individuals. Under his leadership, Hideez has evolved from a Ukrainian startup into a trusted provider of FIDO-certified authentication technologies used by government and enterprise clients worldwide. 

Oleg ist zudem als Berater für Zertifizierungstools und technische Angelegenheiten für die FIDO Alliance tätig und unterstützt deren Ziel, Passwörter abzuschaffen und die weltweite Einführung starker, phishing-resistenter Authentifizierungsstandards zu fördern.
