Hideez.com offers free international shipping to the following destinations:

🇪🇺 European Union: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden;
🌎 Rest of the World: Ausralia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan. 

    You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. After placing an order, you will receive two emails if a valid email address is provided. The first email confirms your order placement and provides an order confirmation number. When your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number and a link to the website where you can monitor your package's progress.       Paid Shipping

      For other countries, we offer paid shipping with the following options:

      • Standard Shipping (1-3 weeks). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on factors like weight, shipment origin, and destination country. You can determine the shipping cost by adding your desired items to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout.
      • Express Shipping (3-5 business days). We utilize various postal services, including DHL Global Mail, UPS MI, UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, USPS, and local carriers, to ensure swift delivery of your parcels.

      Shipping options and fees vary by country and are clearly indicated on the order page. Please be aware that customs duties and fees may be applied after you receive your product, depending on your country's import regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

      Additional Information

      • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing times can extend during the Holidays, sales, and special offers. 
      • All orders ship Monday through Friday. 
      • International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
      • If you need to change your order details after your order has been placed, please write us at sales@hideez.com with your order number. Please note, you can change your shipping address only before dispatch! 
      • Orders cancelled before shipment has left our warehouse will be refunded in full. 
      • Orders cancelled after shipment has left our warehouse will be refunded per the Return policy.

      Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee that your order will ship on any specific date but will do our very best to keep the information as updated and accurate as possible. All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.  

      Before you decide to pre-order an item from our website, please note the following:

      • Payments for pre-ordered items are charged immediately upon checkout, not when shipped.
      • Estimated shipping dates are detailed in the product descriptionWhile we make every effort to meet the target dates, they are subject to change as delays might happen due to various reasons. 
      • You may cancel your pre-ordered item before the estimated shipment date found on the item description page. 
      • You may cancel your order for a full refund which will be processed to your original method of payment. To cancel your pre-order, please contact us at sales sales@hideez.com.
      • If you order a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, your order will arrive in multiple shipments. 
      • Returns of pre-ordered items are accepted up to 14 days from the date your pre-ordered item has shipped.  Please contact us to request a return label.  

      Returns & Refunds

      We offer technical support and answers to commonly asked questions via our Documentation Portal. In addition, our support team is available to help and you can reach them at support@hideez.com.

      Our website offers a 30-day return policy on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the receipt of the Hideez Product ordered on our website. You may email us at sales@hideez.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your return authorization.

      Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery to receive a pre-paid return shipping label and a full refund. In other cases, return shipping expenses are deducted from the order cost and we issue a partial refund upon the receipt of the products in our warehouse.

      You must return the Product in the same condition as it was received and with all the packaging components, accessories, and instructions (even if the Product has been unpacked) at the earliest opportunity. We will refund your payment as soon as possible and within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the the Product returned back in its original packaging.

      (!) We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the ship date.
