Which installer should I use for a company-wide rollout?
The MSI. It deploys through Group Policy or Intune with no user interaction, and the deployment guide covers the steps. Use the EXE to install on a single machine.
Hideez Key 3 and Key 4 are being retired. Do they stop working?
They keep working with Hideez Enterprise Server v3 and the Hideez Client app. New purchases move to Hideez Key 5, which pairs with server v4 and Hideez Desktop.
Which desktop app do I need, Hideez Desktop or Hideez Client?
Hideez Desktop works with Hideez Key 5 and Hideez Enterprise Server v4. Hideez Client works with Hideez Key 3 and Key 4 on server v3. Picking the wrong one is the most common setup mistake.
Can we move from server v3 to server v4?
Yes. The migration process is documented step by step, and Key 3 and Key 4 keep running on v3 in the meantime.
